Spring Into Better Vision

It’s officially springtime! This season is all about welcoming new beginnings, and it's the perfect time to start thinking about improving your vision. Fortunately, at Wang Vision Institute, we offer a variety of advanced vision correction procedures that can help you achieve better vision this spring!

Soft-Touch LASIK

One of the most popular vision procedures we offer at Wang Vision Institute is Soft-Touch LASIK. This procedure corrects refractive errors by using a laser to reshape the cornea, resulting in improved vision without the need for glasses or contact lenses. The Soft-Touch LASIK method uses less pressure than traditional LASIK. This approach improves the overall patient experience. Soft-Touch LASIK is quick, safe, and effective, with most patients experiencing improved vision within 24 hours.

ZEISS SMILE

ZEISS SMILE vision surgery is a minimally invasive laser eye surgery offered at Wang Vision Institute. ZEISS SMILE, which stands for Small Incision Lenticule Extraction, corrects refractive errors in the eye by using a laser to create a small, precise incision in the cornea. The laser then removes a thin, lenticular piece of tissue, reshaping the cornea and improving visual acuity. ZEISS SMILE is less invasive than conventional LASIK procedure because it only needs a tiny incision, which means quicker recovery periods and lower risk of complications.

PRK

PRK vision surgery, also known as photorefractive keratectomy, is a type of laser eye surgery that corrects refractive errors in the eye, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. At Wang Vision Institute, this procedure is performed using state-of-the-art laser technology to reshape the cornea and improve visual acuity without the need for incisions or sutures. PRK typically takes only a few minutes per eye and has a high success rate.

Forever Young™

Forever Young™ Lens surgery is a type of refractive lens exchange offered at Wang Vision Institute. This procedure is designed to improve near and far vision and reduce the need for glasses or contact lenses in patients over the age of 40. During the surgery, the natural lens of the eye is removed and replaced with an advanced intraocular lens (IOL) that corrects presbyopia and other age-related vision problems. The Forever Young™ lens is a particularly advanced type of IOL that is designed to mimic the natural lens of the eye and provide superior visual outcomes.
