Dr. Abhi Guduru, MD:
Meet Dr. Abhi Guduru, a renowned Cataract and Refractive Surgeon at Wang Vision Institute. Recognized as a Top Doctor by Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, Dr. Guduru specializes in refractive laser cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. Dr. Guduru has a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University. He received his medical degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, and completed his ophthalmology residency at Duke Eye Center. He combines expertise with a passion for advancing eye care.
Dr. Kyle Jones:
Dr. Kyle Jones, an esteemed ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract and Refractive Surgery, graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and completed his ophthalmology residency at Yale. Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Jones performs a diverse range of surgeries, including Laser Cataract Surgery, LASIK, SMILE, ICL, and more. Recognized as one of the "Top Doctors" in Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, he is dedicated to providing the best possible care, tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Ming Wang:
Dr. Ming Wang, the visionary behind Wang Vision Institute, is a world-class Cataract and LASIK eye surgeon. With degrees from Harvard and MIT, he has performed over 55,000 procedures, including surgeries on more than 4,000 doctors. Dr. Wang is one of very few surgeons to also have a degree in laser physics. Dr. Wang's commitment extends beyond surgery; he is a philanthropist, Clinical Professor for Meharry Medical College, and founder of the Wang Foundation for Sight Restoration, providing free-of-charge sight restoration surgeries.
Dr. Jake Wysiadlowski:
Affectionately known as Dr. "Wish," Dr. Jake Wysiadlowski is a native of West TN and a valued member of Wang Vision Institute. With a Biology degree from the University of Tennessee and his Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, he completed a residency focused on refractive surgery in Austin, TX. Dr. Wish’s areas of expertise include pre and post-operative care and dry eye treatment. He enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking with his dog, and passionately cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Dr. David Zimmerman:
Dr. David Zimmerman serves as a consultative optometrist at Wang Vision Institute, offering expert guidance on refractive surgery options. Originally from Huntsville, AL, Dr. Zimmerman graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University and earned his optometry degree with highest honors at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Named the Best Optometrist in Music City in 2022, he specializes in caring for patients undergoing vision correction surgery, keratoconus, glaucoma, and dry eye treatment. Outside of work, he and his wife stay very busy with their three children.
