Had a consultation and this staff was very friendly. The cost for their surgery is double the cost than another provider in town & they try & sell extra items that are not necessary. My recommendation is get a 2nd opinion and not overpay for a procedure. More

I was very pleased with their customer service, everyone was so kind. I also didn’t have to ever wait very long in the office to be seen by the surgeon or doctor. My surgery was very successful! However, there was a tiny sponge left in my eye that I pulled out myself days later. Dr Frenkel nor Dr. Koch saw it, so that’s the reason for the less than perfect star rating. More

My appt was for 1:30 for a "5 min procedure" their words not mine. I arrived 15 min early and I have now been here for an hour and a half. They need to get it together. I expect much better from a facility such as this. More
